We spend about 9.7 hours a day sitting. That’s 9.7 hours from sitting in your car, at the kitchen table, at work, and in front of the television. Recently, I have been recommending standing desks to my patients. According to my patients, it has helped to decrease their symptoms of low back pain and neck pain.
